Coraje en Azul | Courage in Blue

El coraje silencioso del alma

Hay un tipo de coraje que no se ve.
No hace ruido.
No levanta la voz.
No necesita testigos.
Es un coraje azul.

​El azul profundo del océano.
El azul del cielo antes del amanecer.
El azul de esos momentos en los que la vida
nos pide quedarnos, respirar… y continuar.

​Durante mucho tiempo hemos asociado
el coraje con la fuerza, con la lucha,
con el fuego.
Pero existe otro tipo de valentía:
una más silenciosa, más profunda.
El coraje de permanecer.

​Permanecer cuando el miedo aparece.
Permanecer cuando el camino
se vuelve incierto.
Permanecer incluso cuando el corazón
y la oscuridad parecen sobrepasarnos.
El verdadero coraje no es la ausencia de miedo.
Es la capacidad de mirarlo sin huir.

​Es respirar dentro de él.
Escucharlo.
Y aun así seguir adelante.

El azul nos recuerda esa forma de valentía:
la que nace en lo profundo,
la que no necesita demostrar nada,
la que se parece al mar.

El océano no deja de ser océano cuando
hay tormenta.
Sigue siendo inmenso, silencioso, infinito.

Así también el alma.

​Hay momentos en la vida en los que
​el coraje no consiste en luchar,
sino en sostenernos dentro de lo que sentimos
sin apagar nuestra luz.

​Ese es el coraje en azul.

The quiet courage of the soul

There is a kind of courage that cannot be seen.
It makes no noise.
It does not raise its voice.
It needs no witnesses.
It is a blue kind of courage.

The deep blue of the ocean.
The blue of the sky before dawn.
​The blue of those moments when life asks us to stay, breathe… and continue.

For a long time, we have associated courage with strength, with struggle, with fire.
But there is another kind of bravery:
​one that is quieter, deeper.
The courage to remain.

To remain when fear appears.
To remain when the path becomes uncertain.
To remain even when the heart
and the darkness seem to overwhelm us.
True courage is not the absence of fear.
It is the ability to look at it
​without running away.

It is breathing within it.
Listening to it.
And still choosing to move forward.

Blue reminds us of that kind of courage:
the one that is born in depth,
the one that needs to prove nothing,
the one that resembles the sea.

The ocean does not cease to be the ocean during a storm.
It remains vast, silent, infinite.

So does the soul.

There are moments in life when courage does not mean fighting,
but holding ourselves within what we feel
without extinguishing our light.
