​Luz Arte y Alma nace del deseo de transformar emociones en piezas de arte orgánicas, simbólicas y cargadas de vida interior. A través del collage, la mezcla de texturas y la creación intuitiva, construyo obras que abrazan historias, silencios y renacimientos. Cada pieza es un espacio seguro: un territorio donde la luz encuentra forma y el alma puede reconocerse.

​Mi trabajo une arte y acompañamiento emocional. Creo imágenes que sanan, que guían y que despiertan la voz interior. Creo en el poder del color, en la fuerza de los símbolos y en la magia de unir fragmentos para construir algo nuevo. Aquí el arte no solo se mira: se siente, se respira y se habita.

​Cuando atravesamos experiencias intensas —pérdidas, enfermedad, rupturas, crisis— algo en nosotros se reordena. No volvemos a ser los mismos, pero tampoco quedamos rotos. El cuerpo, la emoción y la psique buscan nuevas formas de conexión para seguir vivos.

​La línea que recorre la obra sugiere un sistema interno que permanece activo: una red que sostiene, enlaza y organiza. Psicológicamente, representa continuidad. Aun después del impacto, algo sigue funcionando; algo sigue conectando.

​Los colores intensos remiten a emoción, fuego, vitalidad y memoria corporal. No están ahí para desbordar, sino para ser alojados. Hay capas, transparencias y pausas: un proceso donde la emoción no es reprimida, pero tampoco invade. Se integra.

​Las texturas, casi como piel o tejido, evocan memoria somática: aquello que no siempre puede decirse con palabras, pero que el cuerpo recuerda. No desde la victimización, sino desde el registro consciente: esto pasó por mí y quedó en mí, pero no me define por completo.

En esta obra, la conexión aparece como una necesidad psíquica profunda. No hay aislamiento: hay vínculo. El yo se sostiene en red —consigo mismo, con otros, con la vida—. La conexión no como dependencia, sino como regulación y sostén.

Desde una mirada terapéutica, esta imagen representa un estado de integración. Un momento en el que el dolor ya no es el centro, pero sí parte de la historia. Un punto donde la identidad no se fragmenta, sino que se reorganiza.

El arte abstracto, cuando nace desde la intuición, no busca explicar. Acompaña. Permite que cada persona encuentre su propio reflejo, su propio hilo, su propio vínculo.

Luz Arte y Alma is born from the desire to transform emotions into organic, symbolic works of art, infused with inner life. Through collage, the layering of textures, and intuitive creation, I build pieces that hold stories, silences, and rebirths. Each work is a safe space: a territory where light takes form and the soul can recognize itself.

My work weaves art and emotional accompaniment. I create images that heal, guide, and awaken the inner voice. I believe in the power of color, in the strength of symbols, and in the magic of bringing fragments together to create something new. Here, art is not only seen — it is felt, breathed in, and inhabited.

​Threads of the Living is one of these explorations. This work does not speak of an open wound. It speaks of what comes after.

​When we move through intense experiences — loss, illness, rupture, crisis — something within us reorganizes. We do not return to who we were, but neither are we broken. Body, emotion, and psyche seek new forms of connection in order to remain alive.

​The line that runs through the piece suggests an internal system that remains active: a network that holds, links, and organizes. Psychologically, it represents continuity. Even after impact, something continues to function; something continues to connect.

​The intense colors evoke emotion, fire, vitality, and bodily memory. They are not there to overwhelm, but to be held. There are layers, transparencies, and pauses — a process in which emotion is neither repressed nor invasive. It is integrated.

The textures, almost like skin or fabric, evoke somatic memory: what cannot always be put into words, but what the body remembers. Not from a place of victimhood, but from conscious recognition: this passed through me and remains within me, but it does not define me entirely.

In this work, connection appears as a deep psychological need. There is no isolation — there is relationship. The self is sustained through a network: with oneself, with others, with life. Connection not as dependence, but as regulation and support.

From a therapeutic perspective, this image represents a state of integration. A moment in which pain is no longer the center, yet remains part of the story. A point where identity does not fragment, but reorganizes.

Abstract art, when born from intuition, does not seek to explain. It accompanies. It allows each person to find their own reflection, their own thread, their own connection.

Desde muy pequeña, el arte ha sido su lenguaje natural y su refugio: una forma de habitar el mundo, procesar emociones y dar sentido a la experiencia humana cuando las palabras no alcanzan.

Con años de recorrido como artista visual, su práctica se nutre de la exploración intuitiva del color, los materiales y el símbolo, entendiendo el proceso creativo como un diálogo profundo con el mundo interno. A lo largo de su vida, y especialmente a través de experiencias personales transformadoras, el arte se consolidó para ella no solo como expresión estética, sino como una herramienta de sostén, conciencia y sanación.

Hoy, a través de Luz Arte y Alma, Ceci acompaña a otras personas a reconectar con su propia creatividad desde un lugar sensible, ético y respetuoso, honrando el ritmo único de cada proceso.

Ceci Fernández is a visual artist and the creator of Luz Arte y Alma, a space where art is approached as a path for expression, self-discovery, and inner care. From a very young age, art has been her natural language and refuge—a way of inhabiting the world, processing emotions, and making sense of experience when words fall short.

With years of experience as a visual artist, her practice is rooted in intuitive exploration of color, materials, and symbolism, understanding the creative process as a deep dialogue with the inner world. Throughout her life, and especially through profound personal experiences, art has become for her not only a form of aesthetic expression, but also a source of grounding, awareness, and healing.

Through Luz Arte and Alma, Ceci now accompanies others in reconnecting with their own creativity from a sensitive, ethical, and respectful perspective, honoring the unique rhythm of each individual process.
